War-date L.S. while Ingalls was still on the scene at Gettysburg, 1p. 8vo. on Army of the Potomac letterhead, [Gettysburg], July 14, 1863, to Capt. Chas. B. Wagner forwarding certain papers to him for further action. Very good.
